• Every piece is made to order with the name you choose, so please double-check the spelling.
• Because items are personalised, the usual 14-day "change of mind" return doesn't apply, but you can cancel before we start printing.
• If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace it or refund you.
• Contains small parts: not suitable for children under 3.

1. About us

These terms apply to orders placed on togblocks.com with TógBlocks, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Contact us at togblocks@outlook.com. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Placing an order

You must be 18 or over to place an order. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when your payment succeeds and we email your order confirmation. We may decline an order before then, for example if the item can't be made or the text is offensive or infringes someone's rights. If we decline after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

3. Personalisation

We print exactly the letters, numbers and colours you choose, so please check your design carefully before paying. The 3D preview is an accurate guide, but colours on screen can look slightly different from the real filament, and 3D-printed surfaces show fine layer lines. Door signs accept letters, numbers and spaces, and names must fit the sign; the builder tells you if one doesn't.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and shown in the builder and at checkout. The total, including delivery, is shown before you pay, and that's what you'll be charged. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before making your order and you can cancel for a full refund.

5. Making and delivery

Each order is 3D printed and checked by hand, usually within 2–3 working days, then posted:

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders to the UK, the US and other countries outside the EU may be charged import VAT, duties or handling fees by the destination country; these are set by those authorities and payable by the recipient. If an order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, tell us and we'll trace it, then reprint or refund if it's lost. The items become yours, and the risk passes to you, when they're delivered.

6. Cancellations and returns

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) and Ireland's Consumer Rights Act 2022, the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Every TógBlocks item is made to order with your name, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns.

Changed your mind or spotted a typo? Email us as soon as you can. If we haven't started printing your order, we'll correct it or cancel it with a full refund.

7. Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as you ordered (including a mistake on our part), email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask, and if we do, we'll pay for the return.

This is in addition to your statutory rights. Under EU and Irish consumer law, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and as described, and you're entitled to a remedy if they aren't. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

8. Safety and care

Warning: not suitable for children under 3 years. Small parts: choking hazard. The letters are decorative and work with LEGO® and other compatible bricks. The Decorative Dots add-on is a pack of small loose brick pieces for ages 3 and up; younger brothers and sisters shouldn't be able to reach them, and we recommend an adult fits them for younger children. Keep away from heat (such as radiators or a hot car) and direct sunlight for long periods, as PLA plastic can soften or fade. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

9. Trademarks

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. TógBlocks is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the LEGO Group. "Compatible" means our studs are made to fit standard bricks.

10. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses, since our products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under consumer law.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live or in Ireland. If you have a problem, please email us first. We'll always try to put it right.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
